  • Level open space from 1,000 m² - 4,000 m² with the possibility of roofing, branding & advertising mast space

  • Located within a 2 km radius of a motorway / expressway and accessible at all times

  • POI with food & toilet available or within walking distance

  • Purchase or lease with grandfathering for at least 20 years
